We may suspend access or cancel orders for anyone who breaks these rules.

Everything on the Site belongs to Danish Sait or is used with permission. This includes videos, audio, photos, writing, characters, logos and merch designs. You may view and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, re-upload, edit, sell or use it commercially, including for advertising or for training AI models, without our written permission.

Danish Sait's name, likeness and voice may not be used to suggest endorsement or for any commercial purpose without written permission.

Videos embedded from YouTube, Instagram or other platforms are also subject to those platforms' terms.

Tickets are sold by third-party platforms, not by us. Your purchase, any refund and entry rules are governed by that platform's and the venue's terms. Show dates, line-ups and venues may change. Please check the ticketing platform for the latest details.

Sending an enquiry through the booking form does not confirm a booking. A show or appearance is confirmed only once a written agreement is signed with Danish or his authorised team.

If you sign up, we'll email you about shows, releases and merch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

The Site links to other websites, such as ticketing platforms and social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

The Site and its content are provided "as is". We try to keep information accurate, but we don't guarantee the Site will always be available, error-free or up to date. Some content is comedy intended for adult audiences and may include strong language and mature themes.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Site. For merch purchases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
